About the Role: We are urgently hiring a Regional Product Manager for our Process Measurement Group, based in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing and growing the Process Measurement product portfolio across the assigned region while acting as a technical authority for process instrumentation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the regional Process Measurement product portfolio
- Act as the technical expert for flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation
- Support sales teams with product positioning, technical discussions, demos, and solution design
- Engage with customers to understand applications, address technical queries, and recommend optimized solutions
- Support pre-sales activities to improve lead conversion and influence technical decision-makers
- Conduct product and application training for internal teams, channel partners, and customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to shape regional strategies
- Coordinate with global product management and R&D teams for localization and product improvements
- Provide technical and commercial support for key projects, tenders, and strategic accounts
- Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Conduct regular visits to channel partners to strengthen relationships and support business development
- Support regional marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and demand-generation activities
- Proactively participate in lead generation activities, including outbound outreach and cold calling
Requirements: - Strong technical background in process measurement and industrial automation
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, service, engineering, and marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional role
- Solid commercial understanding with hands-on experience in solution selling
