Roles & Responsibilities:
Appointing new retail partners and distributors to expand market footprint
Achieving monthly sales targets through consistent field performance
Conducting daily market visits and ensuring maximum outlet coverage
Managing product visibility and strategic placement within stores
Maintaining professional relationships with retailers and veterinarians
Handling timely payment follow-ups and collection cycles
Requirements:
Proven experience of 14 years in FMCG, Pet Food, or Veterinary sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills to close retail deals
Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler for daily field travel
Deep knowledge of the local market and geography
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on performance-driven growth
