We are seeking a visionary leader with 15+ years of experience to manage large-scale inventories, optimize channel partner networks, and deliver extraordinary revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly booking targets and provide strategic leadership to the entire sales department.
  • Effectively manage channel partner ecosystems, verify bookings, and assign performance-oriented targets.
  • Drive business development initiatives through innovative marketing inputs and corporate lead generation.
  • Monitor pricing strategies, product mix, and collections while benchmarking against market competitors.
  • Oversee end-to-end CRM operations, including inventory management, loan coordination, and documentation.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, site branding, and high-conversion lead generation campaigns.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and trend forecasting to suggest product and pricing optimizations.
  • Lead training and development by mentoring the team on product knowledge, market trends, and leadership skills.
  • Submit comprehensive analytical reports on marketing budgets, lead trackers, and sales performance to stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high standards of workplace performance and discipline.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of total professional experience.
  • Mandatory 7+ years of core leadership experience specifically within the Real Estate Industry.
  • Expert-level knowledge of real estate products, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes.
  • In-depth understanding of property loan processes and legal documentation.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in CRM management, fund collections, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a result-oriented approach.
