Job Summary:
Join Novopay as a dedicated sales expert to expand our digital banking footprint across West Bengal. We are looking for energetic professionals to onboard new retailers and drive Gross Transaction Value through our innovative platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard 40+ new Novopay retailers within the assigned territory on a monthly basis.
Drive monthly billing of 16,000 and maintain a GTV (Gross Transaction Value) of 2-3 Crores.
Monitor retailer performance and provide necessary training on AEPS and digital payment services.
Build strong relationships with local merchants to ensure consistent transaction volume.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification must be Higher Secondary (HS) pass or above.
Mandatory possession of a personal Bike and an Android Mobile phone for daily field operations.
Compulsory prior experience in AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) or the Telecom sector.
Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environment.

Monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 22,000 based on experience and performance.

Special Note: If the GTV target of 2-3 Cr is achieved, the billing target will be waived.
