• Supervise and manage daily high-stakes security operations at assigned client locations.
• Maintain strict discipline, turnout, and operational performance of the security guard force.
• Conduct regular security drills, surprise night checks, and detailed incident reporting.
• Liaise effectively with local law enforcement, fire authorities, and corporate client stakeholders.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs and specific site post orders.
• Manage administrative tasks including attendance tracking, duty rosters, and client feedback documentation.

• Must be an Ex-Serviceman retired from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force in the rank of JCO or above.
• Maximum age limit is 58 years at the time of application.
• Must be medically fit and physically capable of managing site-level security duties.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in man-management and discipline.
• Basic working knowledge of English and the local language is preferred for effective communication.
• Ability to coordinate between internal management and external client teams.
