Senior B2B Sales Leader (Luxury Packaging)

Join a rapidly growing luxury packaging manufacturer and lead high-value B2B client acquisitions to drive our 200 Cr growth vision. We are looking for a result-oriented sales hunter ready to close major deals and scale national key accounts.

• Identify and acquire mid-to-large B2B clients in Luxury, FMCG, D2C, and Hospitality sectors.
• Develop and manage long-term strategic accounts with high transaction values (₹50L–₹2Cr+).
• Execute end-to-end deal management including pricing, negotiation, and collections.
• Maintain healthy profit margins by selling value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• 4 to 10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (packaging or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong track record in selling customized or solution-based products.
• Expertise in negotiation, costing, and margin management.
• Ability to handle high targets and maintain professional reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
