IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage our core network and server operations in Mumbai. This is a critical role ensuring high availability, security, and performance of IT services for a legacy industrial leader.

• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls Configure and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, and WiFi networks to troubleshoot connectivity Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, group policies, and access control Implement robust IT security policies, including antivirus and endpoint protection Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Execute data backup systems and conduct regular disaster recovery restoration testing Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software support requirements

• Must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure management Proven expertise in Network Administration (Switches, Routers, Firewalls) Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and System Administration Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and audit requirements Experience in managing data backups and disaster recovery procedures Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and email applications Ability to work in-person across Churchgate and Andheri locations
