Indianish Overseas is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead high-performing lead generation campaigns for our nurse recruitment programs. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to make a real impact in the global healthcare education sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Develop lead nurturing strategies specifically targeting nurses and healthcare professionals.
Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising for maximum ROI and conversion efficiency.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager.
Implement email and WhatsApp marketing automation for lead follow-up.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–6 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation (EdTech or recruitment preferred).
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimization, and remarketing strategies.
Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are a significant advantage.
