Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) - Empower

Join our Sales and Delivery Team to ideate and craft top-notch design interfaces that enrich customer experience for global IT products. You will work closely with product managers and developers to balance functional beauty with technical tradeoffs in a cutting-edge digital transformation environment.

• Define specific product needs to optimize both emotional and functional user journeys across software and services.
• Produce high-fidelity visual designs from initial concept through delivery and long-term sustainment.
• Develop compelling visual artifacts, mock-ups, and specifications to communicate UI/UX needs to stakeholders.
• Create and evaluate interaction models, task flows, and screen designs to ensure maximum ease of use.
• Advocate for the end-user throughout the development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements and obtain buy-in for new operational processes.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in software application design and development.
• Mandatory expertise in UI/UX, web design, wireframing, and creating high-level storyboards.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions around design tradeoffs and incorporate feedback into final solutions.
• Hands-on experience with digital design tools for creating prototypes and navigation maps.
• Prior exposure to Lending, Mortgage, or the Banking domain is highly desirable.
