Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Quality Professional to join a leading IPC firm and ensure top-notch construction standards at our residential sites. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated engineer to drive QA/QC excellence and manage material compliance for high-value developments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strictly implementing project QA plans and standard quality procedures at the site.
Monitoring all construction activities and ensuring 100% material compliance as per specs.
Reviewing contractor method statements and supervising on-site execution.
Tracking all material testing schedules and conducting rigorous site inspections.
Preparing detailed quality reports and coordinating with stakeholders for final inspections.
Requirements:
Must have 6 to 8 years of solid QA/QC experience specifically in Residential Projects.
Educational background must be B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Prior experience working with a reputed Developer or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of IS codes and construction quality standards.
