Cascade BuildTech is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive strategies for our commercial real estate projects. This is a high-impact role involving lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals on the Kharar-Kurali Highway.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and target market identification for commercial projects.
• Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach to corporate investors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial presentation and property tours to final contract closure.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on competitor pricing and local real estate trends.
• Oversee contract negotiations ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and provide professional post-sale handover services.

• Minimum 2 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex commercial transactions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track sales metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with investors and stakeholders.
• Ability to work toward performance metrics and organizational revenue goals.
