Senior Tax Associate - US R&D Tax Credits

• Lead active client projects by managing deadlines, reviewing workpapers, and drafting technical memos.
• Identify and present new tax credit opportunities to leadership and clients.
• Manage IRS and state audits, ensuring 100% compliance with internal SOPs.
• Mentor and elevate junior team members through regular performance reviews and feedback.
• Prepare technical calculations for R&D Tax Credits and other growth-focused initiatives.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with staff accountants to track professional development.

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and US tax laws/regulations is mandatory.
• Professional experience in R&D Tax Credits or specialized tax incentives.
• Proven track record in handling IRS or state tax audits.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• JD, CPA, or EA certification is highly preferred but optional.
