Senior US IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for our high-end IT and Engineering clients. This role is perfect for a target-oriented professional who excels in sourcing W2 candidates and thrives in a fast-paced US shift environment.

• Collaborate closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to understand technical requirements. Identify and engage top-tier talent for various IT and Engineering positions across the United States. Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing to final placement. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized tech platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline. Conduct thorough interviews, document candidate interactions, and provide detailed evaluation reports. Maintain a pulse on industry trends to ensure competitive sourcing strategies.

• Minimum 2+ years of solid experience in US Technical recruitment. Proven ability to work in US shifts (EST, CST, or PST) as required. Documented track record of meeting and exceeding monthly closure targets. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like JobDiva or similar tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EADs. Prior experience with direct client requirements or VMS-based sourcing is preferred. Knowledge of the Semiconductor or Engineering industry is a significant advantage.
