SEO Specialist (Off-Page & Growth) Team Lead

Are you a results-driven SEO expert looking to take full ownership of organic growth at an international level? We are seeking a Team Lead to drive end-to-end SEO performance, managing everything from technical health to high-quality link building for our global immigration consultancy. You will mentor a junior team while collaborating directly with management to effect real change and grow our digital footprint.

• Owning and executing complete SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical aspects to boost qualified organic traffic.
• Planning and implementing ethical link-building strategies to significantly improve Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA).
• Taking full responsibility for high rankings and lead generation on key service landing pages.
• Using SEMrush for deep keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to implement actionable fixes.
• Managing technical SEO issues including Core Web Vitals, site speed, internal linking, and structured data.
• Supervising and mentoring an SEO Assistant and interns, including task allocation and quality review of their work.
• Working closely with the Social Media and Ads teams to align SEO keywords with paid campaigns and content calendars.
• Monitoring performance via Google Analytics and Search Console to prepare monthly reports with clear growth recommendations.

• Must have 35 years of solid hands-on experience in SEO, specifically for service-based or lead generation businesses.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading or mentoring junior resources or interns is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in off-page SEO and high-quality backlink building strategies.
• Proficiency in using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics to drive technical improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords) and understanding how SEO supports paid performance.
• Ability to explain technical SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and management.
• Performance-oriented mindset with a focus on traffic, leads, and conversion outcomes.
