Service Sales & AMC Contract Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated person to manage service quotations and maintain business sheets on daily basis. You will be handling AMC/CMC contracts and following up for payments to ensure smooth business operations. • Preparing quotations, estimations, and contract enquiries for various service requirements. Maintaining service business sheets and daily payment collection records accurately. Drafting price lists for parts and items sold by the service department. Managing all email communications regarding service sales, outstanding payments, and contracts. Monitoring engineer visit reports to generate timely quotations and necessary follow-ups. Creating and filing AMC/CMC contracts after deal closure and updating the monthly target sheets.

• Qualification of B.Com, BE, or Diploma in Biomedical/Electronics & Communication. Freshers are welcome or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Basic understanding of non-technical sales coordination and documentation. Ability to maintain daily pipeline sheets and provide regular updates to the CSD Manager. Good communication skills for coordinating via WhatsApp groups and emails.
