Skilled Data Analyst - Excel & Google Sheets

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional capable of transforming complex sales data into actionable insights using high-level Excel and Google Sheets techniques.

• Expertly maintain and update critical Google Sheets and Excel files ensuring absolute data integrity for sales operations. Develop and implement advanced formulas like ARRAYFORMULA, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS to calculate key performance metrics. Analyze departmental sales data to identify emerging trends and generate comprehensive dashboards for senior management review. Perform deep data cleaning and segmentation by customer or period using sophisticated pivot tables and conditional functions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and build custom KPI forecasting models.

• Proven hands-on experience with advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions for professional data analysis. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value and Average Order Value. Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; a solid understanding of basic statistics is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly. High level of reliability and ability to handle daily data processing needs in a fast-paced environment.
