Job Summary:
We are looking for a sharp Data Scientist to join our growing team and turn complex numbers into business success. You will be responsible for building advanced dashboards and using statistical models to provide top-notch insights for our offshore operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end data cleaning and analysis on massive datasets to find hidden trends.
Design and develop high-end visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Build automated data pipelines and robust reporting systems for seamless analytics.
Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their specific data needs.
Apply statistical methods and forecasting models to predict future business outcomes.
Maintain strict data governance and ensure 100% accuracy in all delivered reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
Excellent command over SQL and Advanced Excel for data manipulation.
Proven expertise in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Solid understanding of predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
Hands-on coding skills in Python or R are highly preferred.
Strong communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical teams.
