Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp Data Scientist to join our growing team and turn complex numbers into business success. You will be responsible for building advanced dashboards and using statistical models to provide top-notch insights for our offshore operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end data cleaning and analysis on massive datasets to find hidden trends.
- Design and develop high-end visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Build automated data pipelines and robust reporting systems for seamless analytics.
- Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their specific data needs.
- Apply statistical methods and forecasting models to predict future business outcomes.
- Maintain strict data governance and ensure 100% accuracy in all delivered reports.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
- Excellent command over SQL and Advanced Excel for data manipulation.
- Proven expertise in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on coding skills in Python or R are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical teams.
