Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for in-house software to both external clients and internal users.
Handle queries via call, WhatsApp, and remote assistance tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues while guiding users on best practices and workflows.
Coordinate with the development team to report bugs and suggest software enhancements.
Maintain detailed records of reported issues and ensure timely resolution through consistent follow-ups.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream, though a degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Hindi and English with strong customer-handling skills.
Familiarity with remote support tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn custom software features.
