Solventless Lamination & Printing Operator

• Operate Rotogravure printing machines like Centre, Alfa, and Sudha plus Solventless Laminators. Adjust speed, tension, and adhesive application according to written procedures and substrates. Determine final testing of adhesion and print quality to meet product specifications. Oversee and train helpers in mixing adhesives/inks and maintaining overall quality. Perform line clearance procedures and preventive maintenance to prepare for succeeding runs. Maintain log books with accurate time and quantity entries and ensure smooth shift handovers.

• Hands-on experience with Solventless Lamination and Rotogravure printing machines. Technical ability for troubleshooting and attending to machine repairs. Skill to achieve desired print quality quickly with minimal wastage. Ability to make quality-related decisions based on product testing. Must be an urgent joiner available to start immediately
