Senior Sales Coordinator & Team Lead

We are looking for a smart and dedicated Sales Coordinator to lead our backend team and manage end-to-end sales operations. You will be the main bridge between our management, sales stars, and valued customers to ensure smooth business flow. If you have a knack for coordination and experience in e-commerce portals, this is the best chance for you.

• Leading and mentoring a backend coordination team of 2+ members. Acting as a vital link between Management, Principals, Customers, and the Sales department. Assisting front-end executives with professional offer preparation and timely follow-ups. Collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Purchase departments. Handling PO booking on online portals and issuing pro-forma invoices before dispatch. Planning shipments according to customer dates and tracking them until delivery. Maintaining regular follow-ups and strong relationships with direct clients. Managing product listings and operations on platforms like Amazon, Indiamart, and Tradeindia.

• Must be a Graduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a similar stream. Proven 2 years of solid experience in sales coordination or marketing. Excellent communication skills with a professional approach. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Local residency or ability to commute to Thaltej is preferred.
