Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathology

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. Treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices. Provide comprehensive training and education to family members and caregivers regarding patient care. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals for holistic patient management. Implement innovative techniques alongside traditional therapies for enhanced rehabilitation. Use standardized assessments to monitor progress at regular intervals and update treatment plans. Motivate patients and provide evidence of progress to encourage adherence to treatment. Maintain detailed patient databases and meticulously update all medical records. Establish networks with other speech-language pathologists by attending conferences and events. Stay updated on latest developments in speech-language pathology and broader medical fields. Teach preventive strategies to families specifically regarding choking and aspiration risks.

• Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) or Master in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience ranging from 0 to 5 years (Freshers are welcome). Must possess a two-wheeler for commuting to home-care patient locations. High flexibility to travel across assigned locations. Willingness to treat both clinic-based and home-care patients.
