Staff Nurse Healthcare Professional

Join the Institute of Rheumatology and Immunology Sciences as a Staff Nurse to provide compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for dedicated nursing professionals to assist in diagnoses, monitor vitals, and work alongside our expert medical team in a supportive environment.

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. Assist doctors during patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. Accurately monitor patient vitals and maintain detailed medical records. Ensure safe and timely administration of prescribed medications. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and necessary lifestyle changes. Strictly adhere to hospital infection control procedures and safety protocols. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain readiness to respond efficiently during medical emergencies.

• Degree in BSc Nursing, GNM, or an equivalent nursing qualification. A valid and active nursing license or certification is mandatory. Strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach. Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply. Ability to work in-person at our Thiruvananthapuram facility.
