Team Lead – AI/ML Development

We are seeking a visionary Team Lead to spearhead our AI/ML initiatives. In this role, you will manage end-to-end projects, mentor a high-performing team of engineers, and drive technical excellence in deep learning and scalable AI solutions.

• Lead AI/ML teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Define technical vision, set clear team objectives, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
• Manage project scoping, resource allocation, and timelines while coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Oversee model selection, training, evaluation, and optimization for production-grade solutions.
• Ensure data quality and compliance throughout collection and preprocessing stages.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 5+ years of proven experience in leading AI/ML teams and managing end-to-end projects.
• Expertise in Python/R and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in feature engineering, model evaluation, and scalable architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
