Technical Analyst - Clinical Data Systems

Join GSKs Data Strategy & Management team to drive technical excellence in electronic Data Capture (eDC) and ePRO solutions. We are looking for an Analyst to enhance process automation and support high-quality regulatory submissions within a world-leading biopharma environment.

• Lead the technical development of eDC and ePRO solutions and manage technical acquisition of vendor data.
• Implement automation enhancements and participate in the development and maintenance of specialized tools.
• Apply technical expertise in programming, UAT, data cleaning, analysis, and validation for regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain study-level Quality Plans and ensure all documentation is accurately filed in the eTMF system.
• Collaborate with IT and Clinical Systems teams to support and optimize hosted applications.
• Provide regular status reports and feedback on observed trends to drive continuous process improvement.

• Strong technical background in clinical data management systems or clinical programming.
• Experience with electronic Data Capture (eDC) or ePRO platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, departmental SOPs, and industry best practices (GCDMP/CDISC).
• Ability to handle complex data analysis and validation tasks independently.
• Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with eTMF systems.
