Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead onshore/offshore developer teams by defining work breakdown structures and tasks.
Monitor team performance ensuring high quality and adherence to industry standards.
Develop and maintain applications using Asp.Net MVC, Web Forms, and Win Forms.
Oversee client-side development and SharePoint architecture.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in a Technical Lead role within a comparable organization.
8+ years of hands-on experience in team management and development.
Strong expertise in SharePoint Technologies, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Proficiency in SSRS, SSIS, HTML5, JSON, Web API, and Azure services.
Experience with Angular and CSS is highly desirable.
