We are seeking technically proficient candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for our Technical Support team. You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide timely feedback to global clients, and support the deployment of innovative applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware components and software applications
Diagnosing technical problems by communicating directly with customers
Providing accurate feedback and step-by-step resolution guidance
Maintaining procedural documentation and supporting new application roll-outs
Managing multiple support cases simultaneously while testing new technologies
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in tech support, desktop support, or help desk roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands-on experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
