Parnami Logistics is looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee dispatch operations and fleet coordination for our Amul warehouse facility in Alipur. This role is perfect for logistics professionals with experience in driver management and route planning within the Delhi NCR region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse dispatch and delivery planning for local routes.
Manage driver allocation, attendance, and scheduling for the vehicle fleet.
Arrange backup vehicles and ensure optimal fleet utilization for on-time deliveries.
Supervise loading operations and maintain accurate trip sheets and POD records.
Prepare basic MIS reports using MS Excel to track operational efficiency.
Resolve field issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, and driver absenteeism.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, transport, or logistics operations.
In-depth knowledge of Delhi NCR routes, particularly Azadpur and surrounding areas.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel for record-keeping and MIS reporting.
Field-oriented mindset with the ability to handle on-site driver coordination.
