Academic Counsellor - Educational Sales

• Handle fresh and follow-up calls to interested candidates for course admissions.
• Provide detailed counseling to students and resolve all their career-related queries.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and convincing skills.
• Work towards achieving monthly revenue generation and admission targets.
• Maintain and update student databases while managing long-term relationships.
• Handle student grievances and ensure a smooth admission journey.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Academic Counseling, or B2C Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact with corporate aspirants.
• Strong expertise in lead management and high sales conversion rates.
• Ability to work under targets and maintain a positive attitude.
• Candidates with a current take-home salary above 15,000 need not apply.
