- Execute precise Case Management to resolve training-related queries.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor training delivery schedules and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with leadership for non-IT and LifeScience hiring requirements.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of solid experience in L&D or Learning Operations.
- Proven expertise in handling Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong background in Stakeholder Management and process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional Indian corporate etiquette.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced BPO/KPO environment.
