Accounts Executive for Engineering Firm

Engineering firm K2 DRAFTERS is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive for their Ambernath office. This role is ideal for financial professionals with a strong background in CA firm operations and Tally.

• Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and monitor monthly cash flow.

• Qualification: B.Com or M.Com graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically working in a CA Firm.
• High proficiency in Tally and standard accounting software.
• Deep understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work in-person at the Ambernath East location.
