MRTC is looking for a Senior Railway Design Expert to lead and review designs for railway alignment, bridges, and permanent way. Join a premier consultancy and guide multidisciplinary teams on major metro and railway projects across India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and review comprehensive designs for railway alignment, viaducts, and bridges.
Approve General Arrangement (GA) drawings, technical specifications, and design reports.
Ensure project compliance with IRS, RDSO, IS, IRC, and international design codes.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated infrastructure solutions.
Liaise with clients and consultants for high-level technical discussions and approvals.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design teams.
Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Transportation/Structural Engineering preferred).
Over 15 years of professional experience in railway or metro project design.
Proficiency in Bentley OpenRail, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or MIDAS Civil.
Deep expertise in track structure, railway alignment, and international standards.
Proven track record in leadership roles within large-scale infrastructure projects.
