Adult Vaccines Specialist - Healthcare Sales

• Identify and onboard top-tier vaccinating clinics and private healthcare practitioners within the Mumbai territory.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key physicians and specialists to influence adult immunization decisions.
• Provide end-to-end support for clinic setups, including clinical education, inventory management, and patient outreach strategies.
• Utilize data-driven customer insights to forecast demand and achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
• Partner with diagnostic centers and pharmacy networks to expand the reach of walk-in vaccination services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver localized training and high-quality medical materials.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong background in engaging private clinics and specialist doctors within the Indian pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to simplify clinical data.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business is highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel and have the right to work in India.
