Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our pharmaceutical production operations for various dosage forms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage daily production operations for tablets, capsules, syrups, and creams at our facility.
- Implement robust production planning and control (PPC) to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure absolute adherence to quality standards and GMP guidelines during the manufacturing process.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and production logs as per industry mandates.
- Supervise factory staff to optimize output while maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements: - Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Pharmacy or a related science field.
- Minimun 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in pharma manufacturing.
- Expertise in handling production of solid and liquid orals as well as semi-solids.
- Proven track record in dealing with regulatory documentation and authorities.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
