Quinnox is looking for an AI Lead to design and deploy innovative Generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in leveraging machine learning and NLP to deliver advanced product enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-based solutions leveraging ML and NLP.
Lead application development and product delivery initiatives.
Implement advanced AI techniques including RAG, Fine Tuning, and Multi-Stage Reasoning.
Work with MoE (Mixture of Experts) models and vector databases.
Ensure model governance using Nemo Guardrails.
Convert Text to SQL for automated data querying.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in application development and product delivery.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and Langchain framework.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with Azure AI Search and Prompt Engineering methodologies.
Experience with model governance and security protocols.
