Ivitesse is looking for a seasoned Consultant to join our global SaaS-Cloud operations team. We offer a stimulating work environment where you will lead infrastructure operations and complex system migrations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Infrastructure and Application Operations within a SaaS-Cloud environment.
Oversee complex system migrations, preferably to Public Cloud platforms.
Lead technical requirement gathering and execution planning for Infra/App Ops.
Liaise with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Execute operational workflows using JIRA, ServiceNow, and IPC modules.
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in SaaS-Cloud operations and infrastructure management.
Proven track record in managing system migrations to Public Cloud.
Expert level proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow, and IPC modules.
Certified Agile-Scrum practitioner and ITIL/ITSM practitioner.
Foundational certification in Public Cloud (Azure or GCP).
