Haleon is looking for a professional Application Support & Maintenance Analyst to oversee R&D Tech applications in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for those experienced in service governance and GxP standards within the healthcare sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure R&D Tech services comply with GxP standards and ServiceNow baselines.
Identify workflow optimization and continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold DTSM frameworks (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management).
Manage service performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.
Oversee vulnerability management and maintain governance documentation for audit readiness.
Requirements:
5 - 8 years of experience in Technology Service Management or Business Analysis.
Solid understanding of ITIL-based processes (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and CMDB management.
Exposure to R&D, Life Sciences, or Healthcare environments with GxP knowledge.
Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based technology ecosystems.
