Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to inpatients and post-operative cases
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV fluids
Assist consultants and duty doctors during clinical rounds and procedures
Maintain comprehensive nursing records and patient documentation
Implement infection control and ensure strict patient safety protocols
Requirements:
Educational qualification: B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or ANM
Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil
Professional attitude with a focus on compassionate patient care
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night duties
