Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning and designing architectural projects in alignment with the groups vision.
Preparing detailed drawings and blueprints for residential and community developments.
Overseeing project execution to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
Collaborating with site engineers and contractors for smooth project flow.
Ensuring all architectural work complies with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related Engineering field.
Must have 3 to 4 years of solid experience in the architectural domain.
Proven ability to manage architectural design and technical documentation.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail for community-centric projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
