Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee comprehensive Billing and Quantity Surveying processes.
Manage post-contract cost control for residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Execute precise vendor bill checking and verification.
Collaborate with IPC and PMC project stakeholders for streamlined execution.

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Billing & QS.
Strong expertise in Cost Management and post-contract documentation.
Background in handling Residential and Commercial project bills.
Experience with IPC (International Property Consultants) or PMC projects is highly preferred.
