Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls and official communications professionally. Manage the physical and digital filing systems for seamless data retrieval. Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a hospitable office environment. Maintain office documents, update paperwork, and perform word processing tasks. Oversee office common areas and manage inventory of office supplies. Coordinate travel bookings, including accommodations and reservations. Assist HR, Accounts, and Purchase departments with data entry and documentation. Organize company events and maintain office equipment as required.
Requirements:
Educational qualification must be B.Com. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in office administration or clerical roles. Strong proficiency in handling office databases and documentation. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
