B2B Global Lead Generation Specialist

Join a premier medical technology consultancy to spearhead international market research and identify global manufacturers expanding into India. We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist to build a robust prospect pipeline and support strategic outreach across US, European, and Asian markets.

• Conduct global lead research to shortlist manufacturers from Europe, US, Japan, and other key regions.
• Utilize trade fair directories, FDA/CE registries, and LinkedIn to identify companies needing market access support.
• Maintain high CRM hygiene by recording precise company details, websites, and key decision-maker contacts.
• Regularly clean, deduplicate, and segment the lead database to ensure campaign readiness.
• Build targeted contact lists for decision-makers including Founders and Market Access teams.
• Support outbound messaging and monitor response rates using LinkedIn and specialized email campaign tools.
• Collaborate with the business development team on distributor onboarding and initial prospect engagement.

• Professional experience of 23 years in market research, lead generation, or export sales support.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced filtering and Vlookup formulas.
• Familiarity with international business directories and LinkedIn-based prospecting tools.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to organize complex data clearly.
• Comfortable working across different time zones to manage international data sets effectively.
• Prior exposure to B2B customer identification or international market entry strategy.
