Billing Engineer Railway Infrastructure

Ashoka Buildcon is seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage Railway Electrification and OHE/TSS infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for contract billing, BOQ reconciliation, and client coordination in the Rajasthan region.

• Handling Client RA Billing for OHE and TSS projects.
• Managing ONA and Price Variation (PV) billing processes.
• Performing BOQ reconciliation and quantity validation.
• Preparing billing documentation, extra item claims, and final settlements.
• Reconciling subcontractor bills and project material costs.
• Coordinating with clients for payment approvals and report generation.

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Railway Electrification (RE), OHE, or TSS projects.
• Expertise in client billing, contract compliance, and BOQ analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for MIS and reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
