Logistics Customer Service Executive

Imerys is seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service Executive to join our team in Visakhapatnam. You will manage order fulfilment, inventory planning, and customer relations within a fast-paced global industrial environment.

• Process domestic and export order fulfilment in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouses and transport suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints to maintain strong relationships.
• Perform stock planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment management.
• Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP for pricing and material records.
• Generate performance reports and track logistics KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service operations and logistics.
• Working knowledge of logistics software/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Understanding of global trade compliance and import/export documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
