Dreamzcoder Software solutions is looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Chennai team. You will focus on generating and converting digital leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through digital channels (social media, website inquiries).
Manage customer communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing teams for product promotions and sales campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate customer databases.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Inside Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of digital sales platforms and lead generation.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Must own a personal laptop for work.

Attractive salary package: ₹1,00,000 - ₹3,50,000 per month.
