Fincana Solutions is hiring an International Sales Advisor to drive outbound sales for international clients. This remote, target-driven role requires excellent English communication and a proactive sales mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to international prospective customers.
Promote and sell company services, handling objections effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and lead data in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team sales targets consistently.
Collaborate with supervisors to achieve business revenue goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO processes.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales.
Excellent verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and computer systems.
Stable internet connection (100+ Mbps) and required PC hardware.
