Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Engaging in B2C and B2B sales calling to drive business growth. Building and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships. Converting potential leads into active paying customers through effective communication. Implementing sales strategies to expand the startup s market footprint. Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and acquisition.
Requirements:
BBA or MBA freshers with a strong desire to learn startup growth. Excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone. High level of confidence in handling sales objections and closing deals. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment beyond a desk-job mindset. Proactive attitude towards learning sales psychology and business development.
