Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily plant civil maintenance and structural integrity across production blocks and warehouses.
Oversee new construction projects and structural modifications.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimations, and manage vendor quotes.
Enforce industrial safety protocols and maintain detailed site documentation.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience in pharmaceutical, API, or fine chemical plant environments.
Expertise in RCC structure maintenance, waterproofing, and structural fabrication.
Knowledge of Indian Standards (IS codes) and industrial safety protocols.
