Solar EPC Engineering Project Manager

Lubi Electronics is seeking a highly capable Solar EPC Engineering & Project Execution Manager to lead MW-scale rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. You will oversee the end-to-end process, from design optimization and vendor management to successful project commissioning.

• Design MW-scale solar power plants including layouts, SLDs, and BOQs.
• Optimize system designs for maximum energy yield and minimum EPC costs.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships for modules, inverters, and transformers.
• Oversee project execution, monitor budgets, and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients until final project handover.

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
• 6+ years of experience in solar project design and execution.
• Proficiency in inverter sizing, transformer sizing, and energy yield analysis.
• Experience with MW-scale captive and group captive solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory processes (DISCOM, GETCO, CEIG).
