Clinical Home Care Nursing Specialist

Join our esteemed healthcare team to deliver professional nursing care directly to patients in their homes. We are seeking dedicated nurses to manage clinical treatments and coordinate with physicians to ensure top-notch recovery and patient comfort.

• Attend and monitor all assigned medical nursing service calls with precision. Coordinate with doctors and team members to create customized patient care plans. Educate families regarding disease management and necessary treatment protocols. Interpret patient data and take critical clinical decisions when required. Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to all healthcare regulations. Monitor inventory levels and manage billing or receipts for services rendered. Submit detailed nursing notes and medical history reports to the lead supervisor. Ensure a smooth handover of work logs during shift transitions.

• GNM or B.Sc in Nursing (Full-time) is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or home care setting. Valid Nursing Council Registration from the working state is compulsory. Flexibility to work in shifts based on home care requirements.
